Mysuredeal Online store is Nigeria’s Number 1 online Online Store. We launched in April 2014 and our mission is to become the engine of commerce and trade in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Care Representative (Morning and Night Shift Job)
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Online customer management and ability to resolve issues.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of OND Qualification
• 1 - 5 years of work experience.
• Gender: Female
• Age: 20 - 27 years.

Salary

• N50,000 Monthly.
