Job Position: Customer Relations & Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a personable and results-driven Customer Relations & Sales Executive to join our team in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making cold calls, converting leads into clients, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across all channels
• Make outbound cold calls and follow up on leads to drive client conversions
• Close sales and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Perform general administrative duties as required
• Use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a recognized institution
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in making cold calls and closing sales
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be resident in Abuja
