Job Description

• We are seeking for an experienced and proactive Customer Relationships Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales.
• In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while driving business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• 1 - 2 years of proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or real estate.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer excellence.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
