Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will interact with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person.
• Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying food orders.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Promote products by suggesting popular food items.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM.
• Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams for smooth operations.
• Provide feedback to help improve services.

Requirements

• Minimum HND/BSc in related fields (Customer Service, Hospitality, etc.)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Basic tech skills (handling POS, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
