Job Position: Customer Service Executive / Customer Relations Officer
Job Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a well-experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a flair for marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and a great personality that can represent the company in a positive light.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support the sales/marketing team when needed
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
• Respond promptly to customer orders and inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints.
• Know the company’s products inside and out so that he/she can answer questions.
• Process orders, forms, and requests.
• Monitor different depots of the Company to ensure they do not run out of stock.
• Keep records of customers’ interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Manage and arrange thedistribution of our products to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Service or related role
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• A flair for marketing and relationship management
• Confidence, smart appearance, and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
