Job Position: Customer Service Executive / System Support Officer

Job Location: Bode Thomas, Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business and Customer Service- related field with impeccable passion for customer service.
• Gender: MALE.
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a supervisory role from a reputable organization.
• Ability to provide first level systems support and use the computer system proficiently.
• Possession of strong communication and presentation skills, active listening, and ability to provide thoughtful and intelligent responses.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company by being empathetic to the emotion and perspectives of others.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelywhile maintaining a positive demeanour, even when dealing with difficult customers.
