GlamGals Makeup company is a makeup production and sales company, whose head office is in India and has a branch in Dubai and here in Nigeria. We Keep it simple, we keep it glamorous.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Social Media (Female)

Job Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Work alongside with the Social media officer in uploading pictures and video online.
• Attend to customers online, resolve customers' complaints via phone, email, and social media.
• Source for potential distributors and introduce the brand to them.
• Creation of context for skincare/health tips
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sales.
• Updating of promo coupon information and reaching them online.
• Great and welcome customers warmly and ascertain the problem.
• Assist with placement of orders, refund or exchange.

Qualifications

• First Degree (Bachelor's Degree)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience as a CUSTOMER SERVICE is an advantage.

Salary
N45,000 to 50,000 / month.
