Complete Logistics Network Limited (CLNL) is a registered private limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990.

We have operational offices at Muritala Mohammed International Airport Road, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, and Abuja, all in Nigeria. We also have a representative agent in Johannesburg, South Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supports customers by providing helpful information.
• Answering questions, and responding to complaints.
• Develop a rapport with customers.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Direct customers to online resources.
• Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.

Specification

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Must be living around Oregun, Ogudu, Ogba or Ikeja axis.
• Good Knowledge of customer service.
• Acceptable presence.
• Good verbal/written communication.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
