Customer Service Representative Job at Monmartt Baby Store

Monmartt is a one stop store for babies to toddlers . We feature great varieties of products for Newborn, Infants and Toddlers. Our aim is to ensure that we meet all our clients needs with efficient customers services inline with our policy and procedure. We understand our clients needs and our experience and researches give us the ability to respond to your needs with up to date products. We also provide guidance to our first time moms. We offer products at amazing prices in line with the right quantity and quality.


We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Adeniji - Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers online via various platforms.
  • Attend to customers online via all platforms.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Processing orders, forms and requests.
  • Keeping records of customers' interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30 am to 7 pm
  • Sundays: 12:00 pm to 06:00 pm.
  • 6 Off days in a month including 2 Sundays.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / N.C.E / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.  

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
