We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Services Agent
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Resolving customer/vendor issues and complaints. Running the customer/vendor helpline to ensure customers and vendors are satisfactorily assisted. Need to be familiar with online platform so needs to be a quick learner.
• To undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in related or similar field.
• Candidate must have at least 3 years experience.
