Job Location: Remote

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to drive data decisions, collect , analyze, and interpret complex data to uncover insights, build models and develop data products that solve business problem.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage data from various sources while maintaining databases and ensuring data integrity.
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze data sets and uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build, test, and refine machine learning models to achieve high accuracy and reliability.
• Create impactful data visualizations and communicate analytical results clearly to stakeholders.
• Work across departments to align data insights with business objectives and support strategic decision-making.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies while actively engaging in professional development and training.
• In-depth understanding of product lifecycle management, with a focus on analytical support and cross-functional collaboration at each stage.
• Using a range of programming languages to transform big data into data sets.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis or data science roles.
• Experience in data visualization and presenting data in graph or pictorial format.
• Proficiency in designing algorithms and using statistical and problem structuring methods.
• Ability to clean and validate data to ensure uniformity and accuracy.
• Proficiency in various programming languages such as Java, C, Python, R along with strong coding skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team collaboration and project management skills.
• Portfolio of projects or case studies demonstrating data science capabilities

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
