Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Database System / Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s network infrastructure and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Maintain network documentation and topology diagrams
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances to protect data and systems
• Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing schemes
• Ensure network compliance with security policies and procedures
• Manage databases
• Monitor database health and integrity, ensuring high availability and security
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patching of database systems
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and roles
• Support data migration and integration across platforms
• Ensure proper data backup and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
