Job Position: Deposit Mobilization Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our banking team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on deposit growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving deposit mobilization initiatives to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new deposit opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and product development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to grow deposits
• Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to achieve business targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver deposit products and services
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed on industry trends
• Meet and exceed deposit growth targets through effective sales and marketing techniques
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Analyze and report on deposit trends, customer behavior, and market insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
