Job Description
- This is a unique opportunity. You'll have the responsibility and resources to take a significant part in the creation of a paradigm-changing product that will impact millions.
- We are looking for a full-time AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based solutions for our clients.
- You will be expected to configure, optimize, and automate cloud-based services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related technologies.
- The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the AWS platform and a passion for automation, scalability, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud-based solutions on AWS
- Configure and manage AWS services, including EKS, EC2, ELB, S3, RDS, and VPC
- Develop and document best practices for AWS deployments.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a successful deployment.
- Optimize and automate AWS services for maximum performance.
- Create and maintain scripts for automating tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in AWS
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with AWS.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with IaC tools like terraform, packer, AWS CloudFormation
- SecOps experience
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef and Puppet
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- AWS Certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Developer, a plus.
