Stellar Brand Agency is a digital marketing agency that helps brands scale their online presence with creative content, innovative strategy, and high-converting campaigns. They offer: social media management, video and image content creation, email marketing, graphic design, influencer marketing, paid advertising, online reputation management, and community management services to a global client base.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Digital Marketing Associate

Job Location: Lagos (preferably Island-based candidates should apply)
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months, with possible extension)

Job Specification

• Digital Marketing is so much more than just posting. We need a creative and diligent self-starter who understands the terrain of Digital Marketing to join our team and work with multiple clients as a Digital Marketing Associate.
• The role will involve promoting our clients’ businesses online, growing their digital presence, generating exciting content ideas, and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design professional social media graphics that catch customers’ attention and are consistent across all platforms.
• Manage and grow the social media pages of clients across all social media platforms.
• Engage in Online Reputation Management: ensure clients’ brands have a positive perception online through brand mentions monitoring and digital public relations efforts.
• Develop monthly content calendars and schedule posts to ensure they are deployed at the agreed-upon times.
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to grow the subscriber list and convert leads.
• Create exciting video content (videography and talking head videos) that resonates with our clients’ target audiences
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
• Generate and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and ensure clients’ satisfaction.
• Attend shoots, team meetings, and company events as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related degree.
• Have 3 or more years of experience working in an agency or a company’s Marketing team
• Additional qualifications and certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.
• Completion of NYSC Certificate.
• Are analytical and have good attention to detail.
• Can collaborate effectively with team members, and manage multiple tasks.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Canva for graphic design.
• Knowledge of smartphone videography concepts and techniques.
• Knowledge of CapCut, VN, or InShot to edit engaging videos.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English Language to write captions, copy, and newsletters.
