We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Dispatch Rider
Job Location: Isheri Oshun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Contacting customers to verify the delivery address.
• Picking up items and delivering them safely to the customers on time.
• Ensure that assigned vehicles or motorcycles are used for authorized assignments.
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
• Keep customers informed by updating them on their delivery.

Requirements

• Must live within Isheri Oshun environs
• Minimum qualification is an SSCE / GCE / OND
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with local streets, neighbourhoods, and routes along V.I, Ikoyi, Lekki- Ajah Axis.
• Good team player, highly responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Hold hygiene in high esteem.
• Good sight, listening ability and attention to details.
