Working closely with British manufacturers to source products (preferably MHRA approved) and specialist training services and fill a critical gap within Nigeria's healthcare.

Job Description


  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company within the healtcare sector and gain a vast wealth of experience.
  • The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives.
  • They should be motivated, well-organized and comfortable interfacing with customers and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support company operations including but not limited to: inventory management, facilitating sales, managing documentation for purchases and sales.
  • Regular reporting on stock.
  • Account management- liaising with existing customers, building relationships and ensuring their needs are being met.
  • Working with company accountant to reconcile accounts.
  • Calendar management for executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for Managing Director where necessary.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills: communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing, in order to build trust and cultivate relationships with clients.

  • Team player.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially spreadsheet and database management using Microsoft excel.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the physiotherapy sector would be an added advantage but is not essential for the role.
  • An interest in developing business within the healthcare sector.
