Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- As an integral part of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's calendar, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements for the CEO.
- Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
- Screen incoming calls and determine their urgency and importance.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings and prepare minutes.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO.
- Manage databases and filing systems to ensure efficient recordkeeping.
- Provide reminders to the CEO of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper.
- Minimum of Four (4) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative role
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Experience with travel management and event planning
