9mobile is a Nigerian private limited liability company. EMTS acquired a Unified Access Service License from the Nigerian Communications Commission in 2007. The License enables EMTS provide Fixed Telephony (wired or wireless), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National/Regional Long Distance Services in addition to spectrum assignments in the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
Executive Support:

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and logistics with extreme attention to detail.
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Handle logistics for speaking engagements, board meetings, and oA-site strategy sessions.
  • Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up action trackers.
  • Support inbox management, prioritization, and timely responses on key communications.

Presentation & Content Development:

  • Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations, reports, and visual materials that communicate strategy, innovation, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and refine messaging.
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with the CDIO’s tone, objectives, and professional standards.

Project & Team Coordination:

  • Track ongoing projects across internal teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards and status reports to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CDIO and key internal/external collaborators.

Personal Brand & Public Profile Management:

  • Manage and grow the CDIO’s digital footprint (LinkedIn, event bios, panel appearances, thought leadership).
  • Support the drafting and scheduling of posts, articles, and public engagements.
  • Track speaking invitations, awards, and press mentions.

Digital & AI Tools:

  • Use productivity tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, or Microsoft OAice 365 to streamline task and project management.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, SlidesAI, Copy.ai) to generate content, visuals, and automate workflows.
  • Assist in research and preparation for industry panels, podcasts, and executive forums.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or fast-paced innovation teams.
  • Experience working in technology, fintech, telecoms, or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with the telecom, fintech, or digital ecosystem in Nigeria or Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft OAice Suite, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar).
  • Experience using AI productivity tools and basic graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects with discretion and clarity.
  • Working knowledge of modern AI tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology for productivity and storytelling.
  • Experience managing executive branding or public profiles is a strong plus.
  • Highly proactive, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable in high-trust environments.
