Job Position: Experienced Cost Management Accountant

Job Location: Aba, Abia

Responsibilities 

• The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly carry out account reconciliations on business cost and expenditures
• Collect and analyse data about a company's operational costs
• Setting standard cost of manufactured goods
• Developing and analysing cost standards, preparing management cost Audit reports and presenting
• Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit, advising executives on appropriate costing based on financial and supporting other company accountants with invoicing and capital expenditures.

Job Requirements

• BSC/HND in accounting with over 10 years' experience in management cost accounting role preferably on industrial environment
• Strong analyticall statistical skills and professional membership with ICAN
• Perform internal cost control function using accounting principles
• Team spirit and preparation of cost accounting report monthly
• Software proficiency in the use of sage and SAP.
