Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Oversees the operation and maintenance of the estate's buildings and facilities.
• Manage the Facility budget, track expenses, and ensure that all services and maintenance activities are performed cost effectively.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for various services, such as security, and Landscaping ensuring high-quality performance and contract adherence.

Requirements

• B.Eng in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Candidates must have 4 to 5 years of experience in residential facility Management.
