Job Position: Factory Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Do you have experience in managing production processes and leading teams? Our interior and furniture-making company is seeking a Factory Manager to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Assist in managing and motivating factory staff to achieve production targets
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 year of work experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for production management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of interior design and furniture manufacturing processes is a plus
• Must live within Lakowe, Sangotedo axis.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
