Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Factory Supervisor
Job Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).
• Experience: Typically 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work at fast pase environment and can supervise workers well.
• Leadership skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues.

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes: Understanding of production procedures and quality control measures.
• Familiarity with safety protocols: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in relevant software or systems (e.g., ERP, MES).

Soft Skills:

• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and priorities.
• Attention to detail: Ability to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
