Job Position: Female Accountant (ICAN)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring and managing all accounting processes for effective business operations.
• To administer and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial books in accordance with a predetermined company standard accounting procedure consistent with international best practices.
• Coordinate and conduct monthly account reconciliation and audit.
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statement and provide report to the management.
• Cash flow management
• Preparation of management reports on monthly basis
• Preparation & filling of tax returns to the administration (PAYE, WHT & VAT
• Preparation & remittance of statutory pension Preparation of payroll & computation of tax liabilities.
• Monitoring & enforcement of internal control procedures
• Supervise all data entry processes as well as manage/ monitor cash disbursement
• Preparation of statutory financial reports.
• Preparation of budgets and cash projections
• Reconciliation of accounts receivables and payables
• Interfacing with external auditors & tax regulatory agencies
• Interfacing with government agencies on compliance with its regulations & laws
• Ensure all reports are submitted timely to the MD as at when due and any other duty as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
