Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive Customer Service Agents to engage with customers, provide support, and ensure a seamless communication experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Provide proactive customer support and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of Fresh Graduates (0 - 1 year)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
