Job Summary

• A Customer Service Representative isresponsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services.
• Their duties include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
