Rebivianna Fashion is an ambitious fashion house with specialization in unisex couture and ready-to-wear clothes. We make beautiful and unique clothes, be it traditional Ankara or English wears. We also sell English and Ankara materials at our retail and online store. Rebivianna Fashion is located at Choba, Rivers State, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fashion Designers & Tailors in Female Clothings

Job Location: Choba, Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Job Description

• This role will oversee all Rebivianna design needs, particularly in areas of proposing concepts, styles, designs and actual preparation of finished wears. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating charming and excellent wears and designs. 
• The Fashion Designer will design and produce new and trending female clothings to Rebivianna portfolio and keep the portfolio trending. 
• The Tailors will sew new cloths based on designs and needs

Responsibilities

• Researching on New Designs
• Draping of Proposed and Finished Designs
• Sketching of designs.
• Research and create New Design using various fabrics
• Sew and bring design concept to life
• Be able to design and make adult female and children wears.
• Train apprentices and new intakes on basic tailoring skills
• Perform any other task as may be assigned by management

Requirements / Competencies

• Advanced Knowledge in Fashion Design
• O/Level, Bachelor's Degree or HND in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Art, or related field
• Have good knowledge of different fabrics design most especially for female wear.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fashion design
• Good knowledge of Ankara and English Designs
• In-depth understanding of design principles, fashion, and the fashion industry
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong sense of fashion is a critical skill for this role
• Good ICT knowledge
• Be able to operate industrial sewing machines.

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 / month.
