Front Desk/Customer Service Officer

Applications are invited for the post of Front Desk/Customer service Officer to undertake relevant clerical duties as a Front desk team member in our organization.

The ideal applicant will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and clients while you also will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

The goal is to make clients feel comfortable and valued while on and off our premises.

The post is a full-time role with shift patterns.

Responsibilities

- Welcome Clients and provide them with superb customer service.

- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.

- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.

- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

- Monitor, organize and forward emails.

- Track and order office equipment and supplies.

- Maintain records and files.

- Oversee the office budget.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum of SSCE.

- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.

- Basic understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.

- Basic written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

- MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE

Desirable Requirements

- Applicants from Alimosho area of Lagos state are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Willingness of the successful candidate to resume the role immediately.

Remuneration: Starting salary is between 30,000 and 60,000 NGN
