Job Description

• We are looking for askilled Full Stack Developer with experience in web application developmentandAI-powered workflows.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inPython, React, Node.js, and integratingAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)into software solutions.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintainingscalable web applicationsusingReact (frontend) and Node.js/Python (backend).
• Designing and implementingAI/ML workflowsto enhance application intelligence (e.g., chatbots, automation, data processing).
• Integratingthird-party AI APIs(OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) into applications.
• BuildingRESTful APIs and microservicesfor seamless AI model deployment.
• Optimizing applications forperformance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements inAI/ML tools and web technologies.

Requirements
Technical Skills:
Web Development:

• Strong experience inReact.js(with hooks, state management like Redux/Zustand).
• Proficiency inNode.js(Express/Nest.js) andPython(Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Knowledge ofRESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
• ProficiencyUI/UX Design (Figma).

AI/ML & Workflow Automation:

• Hands-on experience withAI tools (OpenAI API, Gemini, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
• Ability to design and implementAI-powered workflows(e.g., chatbots, document processing, recommendation systems).
• Experience withLLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
• Basic understanding ofmachine learning models (NLP, computer vision)is a plus.

DevOps & Tools:

• Experience withGit, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Knowledge ofserverless architectures(AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
