Job Description

• We are hiring developers who can take us from MVP to a product that scales globally.
• This isn’t a 9–5 role. This is a front-row seat at a startup where your work will directly shape the future. You’ willgrow our tech, deliver features that create real value, and grow as fast as we do.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of in-house tech projects, the roadmap, and our client projects.
• Build and launch new AI-driven features fast: search, personalisation, integrations, and community systems.
• Scale us from MVP to a full-fledged platform.
• Use a mix of code and no-code to move quickly.
• Ensure the product is simple, fast, and loved by our target audience
• Work hand in hand with the founding team on product strategy.

Requirements

• Hungry for success: You want more than a pay cheque; you want to help shape something big.
• Ambitious: You are not afraid of responsibility and love building.
• Startup-minded: You thrive in lean, fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in web development (including WordPress, Webflow, or Next.js) and comfortable with AI and AI APIs.
• Understand value delivery with tech: you care about outcomes, not just code.
• Curious, adaptable, and driven by impact.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
