Job Description

• Are you an accomplished hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and leadership?
• A prestigious five-star hotel located in the exclusive Ikoyi district of Lagos is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead its operations and elevate the guest experience to world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership to all hotel departments
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
• Drive high standards of guest service and operational excellence
• Implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and brand reputation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree/  HND or a Master's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in five-star hotels or luxury hospitality environments
• Expatriate professional (living in Nigeria or abroad)
• Proven track record in managing large teams and hotel operations
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria (if not already based there).
