Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized leader to oversee OMR’s daily operations and manage the business aspects of the company. 
• In this position, you will play a key role reviewing and implementing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads and managing company finances.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff performance across all levels.
• Releasing requested funds for company expenditure.
• Reviewing periodic reports and adjusting operations to better meet company goals.
• Conducting periodic employee appraisals.
• Overseeing procurement and staff recruitment.
• Overseeing staff training and development programs.
• Making professional decisions on behalf of the company at all times.
• Manage the company’s personnel, physical and financial resources to improve the company’s bottom line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Leadership/Managerial roles.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
