JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design a wide variety of content, including: Notebooks, brochures, calendars, digital ads, annual reports, infographics, data visualizations, e-books and more
• Thoughtfully integrate writing and design to create the best visual stories and experiences.
• Help drive content strategy by providing feedback into creative briefs and contributing ideas throughout the creative process
• Continuously discover and share found inspiration and new industry best practices to maximize efficiency and creativity
• Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while keeping a keen attention to details
• Eloquently present and defend design work
• You must be a creative thinker and be able to transform ideas into a practical reality
• You must be able to speak and write outstanding English clearly and concise
• You should be able to present ideas and motivate them to clients and colleagues
• You should possess creative fair, conceptual and originality
• You should possess an innovative and enthusiastic approach to all design projects and focus on delivery ahead of expectations

REQUIREMENTS:

1. The Candidates must be between 22-35 years
2. Your portfolio + minimum OND Graphics Design or related courses (But any NCE/SSCE holder with great business sense and has probably worked as a designer before can also apply)
3. Must be Expertise in the use of Corel Draw and any other graphic design related computer packages
4. Ability to work with Adobe Captivate, Adobe illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop other typing related MS Word and MS Excel will be an added advantage
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
6. High level of demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to interact and communicate with customers, staffs and any individuals at all levels of the organization and business management.
9. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Typography & illustration skills
10. Proficient understanding of multimedia design
11. Meticulous attention to detail
12. Ability to find creative, unorthodox solutions to complex challenges
13. Collaborative, team-player mentality
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
15. Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
16. Openness to feedback and willingness to take direction and criticism
17. Ability to assert ideas, take initiative and drive projects
18. At least 1 years work experience as a Graphics Designer or in any related position
