Graphics Designer and Video Editor Job in Lagos

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graphics Designer and Video Editor
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Office-Based or freelance)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Graphic Designer/Video Editor is charged with determining the best ways for us to represent our company’s creative products visually.
• It is a brand-oriented job involving developing high-level innovative concepts for design projects, including branding, animations and video, print and social media outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs
• Ensuring effective and efficient coordination between teams.
• Knowledge of Photography
• Produce the campaign creatives, including page layout, presentation design, icon creation and photo & video editing.
• Has experience with brand guidelines on marketing materials and other collateral.
• Assist with the artistic input and design for print materials, video content and social media products.
• Support the cycles of campaign development from the initial brainstorming of creative approaches to the different production development and implementation phases.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Fine Arts, Digital Design, Photography or a related field may be substituted with work experience.
• At least 3 years of visual design and video editing experience
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations; must be able to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.
• A demonstrated working knowledge of experience design, brand development, and creative process.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro, as well as some experience with After Effects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team player who is also self-motivated.
• Previous experience within interior design and the e-commerce market is required.

Requirements

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
• Graphic design: 3 years (required).

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 / month.
