Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.
• Your role is to contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with our team, and create captivating visual design assets for digital and print platforms. 
• Join us in creating impactful design solutions that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs, including logos, illustrations, infographics, marketing materials, website layouts, and social media graphics.
• Understand project requirements and objectives, and collaborate with team members to develop design concepts that align with the vision of the company.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, brand specifications, and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
• Prepare a Graphics content timetable for the month.
• Have a Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.

Requirements

• Candidate should poccess Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design, Fine Art or related field 
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of digital design best practices and the ability to create designs optimized for web and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple project and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving, with a drive to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative designs and projects.
• An understanding of the Nigeria Real Estate Industry is an addition.
