Job Position: Growth & Marketing Manager
Job Location: Awka, Anambra

Job Summary

• We are looking for a strategic and self-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads) to drive app downloads
• Develop and optimise referral programs and promo campaigns
• Collaborate with product/dev team to improve onboarding and retention
• Manage social media and content engagement
• Conduct offline marketing: school activations, partnerships, campus tours
• Analyze user data, cost-per-acquisition, and conversion rates
• Suggest strategies for expanding into new cities

Requirements

• Experience in growth marketing, digital ads, and user acquisition
• Strong understanding of Nigerian mobile app user behaviour
• Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, App Store consoles
• Able to work independently and make decisions
• Experience in tech startups, ride-hailing, logistics, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
