Head of Construction at Fula

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Construction
Job Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Oversight functions and interaction with the contractor to ensure that the company's projects run on schedule.
• The review and understanding of all construction components and design details
• The provision of a detailed weekly progress and status report for all projects
• Liaising with the Project Managers and Contractors to resolve any delays or issues identified
• Attend pre-planning and pre-tender meetings to ensure all necessary construction issues are addressed prior to commencement on site.

Required Experience
The candidate will need:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any relevant discipline
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Team player.
