Job Position: Head of Marketing (Real Estate Experience)

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy of Heritage Homes, with a strong focus on real estate campaigns, digital visibility, and on-ground lead generation.
• The role oversees both in-house and field marketing activities while coordinating content creation and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for real estate products.
• Coordinate the efforts of the creative and field marketing teams.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts are generating qualified leads.
• Track ROI on paid campaigns and lead sources.
• Supervise and approve digital content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Analyze real estate market trends and consumer data to adjust marketing tactics.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate print production, flyers, and traditional real estate promotions.
• Lead strategy for events, expos, open house promotions, and real estate activations.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate marketing.
• Strong leadership and strategy execution capabilities.
• Experience managing creatives and field marketers.
• Proficiency in digital tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with real estate marketing acumen.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
