Head of Operations at a Reputable Microfinance Bank

We are one of the fastest growing licensed Micro Finance Bank in Nigeria, located in Oojo area in Ibadan City. Due to our ongoing expansion and restructuring, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Operations
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• Must have minimum of first Degree or its equivalent
• Must have worked as a successful marketing officers or manager in Oyo state
• Ability to meet up with set target is a must and is not negotiable
• Must be able to create and manage liability and assets profitably.
• In addition to the requirements, he must have flairs for figures
• He must have worked in operation of any micro finance bank in nigeria.
• Knowledge of ATM would be an advantage
• Ability to be able to produce CBN returns would be an advantage.
