Job Position: HMO Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Position Type: Full-Time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for an HMO Manager.
• The HMO Manager will be responsible for overseeing health maintenance organizations, managing relationships with insurance companies, ensuring efficient claims processing, coordinating care for patients enrolled in HMO plans and timely submission of claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in healthcare management is a plus
• Experience in managing relationships with insurance companies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Knowledge of health insurance processes and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
