Job Position: Hostess
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Managing the waitlist and seating arrangements
• Ensuring timely seating for guests in accordance with restaurant policies
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area
• Handling customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Answering the phone and assisting with reservations
• Providing menus and relevant information to guests
• Assisting servers and other staff as needed
• Assisting with any other tasks as directed by management.
