Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of work experience in hotel management with significant luxury and international experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
