Job Summary

• As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, manage, and motivate hotel staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all hotel departments.
• Ensure accountability, discipline, and performance management within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership.
• Proven record of leadership, operational excellence, and team management.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams.
• Evidence of accountability, resilience, and problem-solving in challenging environments.

Salary
NGN350,000 – NGN400,000 Monthly (Net).
