Job Description
- We are looking to recruit a HR/Admin officer who will play pivotal role inensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by carrying out various HR/Admin functions.
Job Duties
- Oversee and maintain efficient office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Support the HR in organizing employee training programs and events.
- Monitor attendance device and generate reports for salary purpose
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
- Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external correspondences.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for company staff, functionaries as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings and seminars.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably within the publishing industry.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Capability to coordinate schedules and meetings efficiently.
- Ability to learn quickly, take instructions, adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in resolving challenges.
- Keen attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Must Reside in Ibadan
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
