Description
What’s the opportunity?


  • As a dLocal team’s HRBP, you’ll take on a key role in driving organisational growth and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing the organisational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers.
  • You will focus on engaging, growing and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organisational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the consulting team’s development and growth.

Responsibilities
What will I be doing?

  • Design, support and execute people-related efforts.
  • Provide business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactively assess the team in the lookout for organisational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including organisational design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
  • Responsibility for the full employee life cycle.
  • Partner with the HR functions, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Admin needs, and ensure cultural alignment.

Requirements
What skills do I need?

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders.
  • To thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
  • To be a collaborator and a team player with an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills (English).
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • To demonstrate project management and change management experience.
