Job Position: HR Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support payroll administration and benefits management.
• Drive employee engagement and workplace wellness initiatives.
• Assist in performance management processes and succession planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are an added advantage).
• 3–4 years of proven experience in an HR role (preferably in [insert industry, e.g., logistics, FMCG, or corporate services]).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
