Job Position: HR Manager 
Job Location: Mainland Lagos
Industry: IT Consulting

Responsibilities

• Develop and control HR operating budget to ensure all targets are met and statutory regulations are complied with.
• Manages the recruitment of staff.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures in line with best practices and in support of the organisational strategy and direction.
• Manage and coordinate effective new hire on-boarding programs as part of the overall induction process.
• Drive and facilitate the annual performance management system, from goal setting (Scorecard development) through to half year/year end appraisals to the preparation of annual Employee Development Plan.
• Responsible for the monthly payroll administration
• Direct and manage the staff Welfare and Benefits Scheme in line with company policies and procedures.
• Partner with team leads on strategic and tactical management decisions that will impact on business results
• Ensure employee engagement through facilitating of innovative programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5years relevant experience
• Certified HR professional (CIPM)
• Excellent people management skill
• Ability to make strategic decision
