Job Position: HR Manager
Job Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing level requirements against recruitment plan
• Strategize and manage the recruitment process
• Prepare Employment Offer
• Carry out the effective orientation of newly employed staff members into the Organization
• Carry out staff competency assessment
• Manage the staff performance assessment process towards determining employee growth and development
• Analyze training evaluation result and prepare Training Feedback report
• Prepare Training Needs Analysis Report
• Liaise with training vendors for delivery and organize Training logistics
• Prepare Promotion summary report

Requirements

• A Bachelors / HND in any related Social Science, with experience in Human Resource Management
• Member of professional Human Resource institution
• 10 years minimum experience
