Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Satelite Town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday - Saturday)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support daily HR operations. T
• he ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and compliance, with a proven ability to support organizational growth and maintain a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Male candidates are preferable for gender balance.
