HR Officer/Manager

A HR firm based in Port Harcourt urgently needs a competent/proactive HR Officer.

Qualification: BSc. or HND

Experience:


  • 2 - 3 years Requirements
  • Must have practical knowledge of HR end to end processes and procedures.
  • Be able to suggest new HR strategies.
  • Manage the HR Data base for the organization
  • Manage /coordinate man power planning in the organisation
  • Keep records/documents , files relating to all staff
  • Ensure staff files are properly updated in soft and hard copy
  • Handles staff matters, Pension, leave,
  • HMO Proficient in Microsoft package
