HR Officer/Manager
A HR firm based in Port Harcourt urgently needs a competent/proactive HR Officer.
Location: Port Harcourt
Employment type: Full Time
Qualification: BSc. or HND
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years Requirements
- Must have practical knowledge of HR end to end processes and procedures.
- Be able to suggest new HR strategies.
- Manage the HR Data base for the organization
- Manage /coordinate man power planning in the organisation
- Keep records/documents , files relating to all staff
- Ensure staff files are properly updated in soft and hard copy
- Handles staff matters, Pension, leave,
- HMO Proficient in Microsoft package
